How much does SellingSquads cost?
Four plans. Lister is $9.99 a month for AI listings on one store (50 AI credits). Seller is $24.99 to run one store: research, orders, the eBay Inbox and finances too, with 200 credits. Pro is $59.99 for 3 stores, 3 people, 500 credits and Analytics on 1 store (each more store $19.99 a month). Team is built to your size, from $150: $7 a store, $5 a person and $45 for each 500 credits a month ($40 past 3,000), so 10 stores, 10 people and 1,500 credits come to $255. Pay yearly and save 20% (on Team, off its stores, people and Analytics; its credits cost the same). For a busy month, credit packs start at $10 for 100.
How does the free trial work?
Your first 3 days are free on any plan, with 1 eBay store and 10 AI credits to try it. Your card is needed to start, but nothing is charged during the trial, and we email you a reminder the day before it ends. Cancel online before then and you pay nothing.
What is an AI credit?
A listing written by AI from a product link uses 1 credit; a pre-owned listing written from your photos uses 2, because reading photos takes more work. If a draft fails, its credits come back. Your plan's credits are for each month; packs last 12 months.
Is Analytics included?
Analytics has its own price, $19.99 per store a month, because nothing else like it exists and eBay gives each app a set number of analytics reads a day. Pro includes it on 1 store and Team on 2; add more stores whenever you like, up to all 3 on Pro and 10 on Team, and more on request. Lister and Seller don't include it. It reads eBay's figures for every listing each morning and keeps 90 days. See what's in it.
Which eBay sites does SellingSquads work with?
The UK, the United States, Germany, Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Spain and Ireland. TikTok Shop is on its way.
Can my team use SellingSquads?
Lister and Seller are for one person. Pro has room for 3 people with their own access, at no extra cost. On Team you choose how many people: $5 a person a month, $4 each past 30, up to 50.
Can I manage my clients' stores?
Yes. Each client's stores sit in your workspace, and you choose which teammates see which store and which work.
Is my eBay account safe with SellingSquads?
You connect each store through eBay's own sign-in, so SellingSquads never sees your password, and you can disconnect a store at any time.
Can I cancel any time, and get a refund?
Yes, online from Billing in your workspace settings. You keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again. A charge you haven't used SellingSquads since is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days (14 for a yearly plan), and a yearly plan you have used comes back less one month's price within those 14 days. Our refund policy has the details.
Do you have an app for my phone?
SellingSquads works in your phone's browser, laid out for a small screen, and sends notifications to it.
